Everyone disagrees with me... no problem, however I am simply repeating what the analyst who is following BSM said. He claims the price retreat from 3.5 was due to the inconclusive announcement on the latest graphite resource upgrade. It was overdue and lukewarm at best, as many including the Dr commented on here. Clearly they held back for as long as possible before releasing to market.
To be fair, I haven't bothered to go back and see if the two events correlate.
