    - The employee gets a private email with his report

    So the organisation will know they have 500 employees of which 20% have depression, 10% have not sort medical care, 30 % have low resilience and are not sleeping well and managing life in general etc. It isnt entirely accurate in that the bias may be towards those that need help getting tested but that's OK.

    So they can then tailor programs to suit their employees. i.e Resilience programs, healthy lifestyle programs, Sleep education, remind employees they have EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs)...

    From the last ABMHCI - Employers liked the information - and we are talking "good employers" who care about their staff and their productivity that is negatively affected by poor mental health.

    In terms of the scope of this problems - have a look at your doctors !
