Yes, a great wealth-creating strategy when you are happy to back yourself in terms of understanding fundamental valuation.
Because if you do know how to value listed equities, and you were happy buying a stock at a price of X because you had assessed that price under-valued the stock, then you should be even more happy to buy that same stock at a price of 0.95X or 0.90X.
