How objective can a press release be when the author has signed away his/her rights to seek a better offer? I had wanted to give the directors the benefit of the doubt; that perhaps it was a subtle strategy to attract a better and fairer offer for all shareholders ... but the exclusivity and promoting conditions they have ageed to in the SID smashed that hope. They are as damning, in my view, as the 1 for 571 offer itself.
