for what its worth, probably not a lot,

i would sell all shares while i am still ahead.

later buy back in when you can see a bottom to the overall market. this will allow you to sleep, and possibly buy in at a lot lower price. it all depends on risk tolerance and the direction you consider the market will go.

but its up to you. i have sold down about 70% of my shares (and placed my super money in cash). i intend to hang on to various shares even if they go down in the hope something positive will happen (my remaining portfolio is now about 18% positive territory but could easily go negative, an acceptable risk for me). i am in mostly spec shares.
