Main question that needs answering is why was this not instituted before? Obviously a good idea and any efficiently run organisation would have done it a year ago. Now that Cliff has some skin in the game he is suddenly interested? Suspect he was ordered by his new masters to do this, shame he had to be told in the first place. Gives a good measure of the man.
