It is beyond question that the Glaucus report has had a negative effect on BLA. As the market is hyper-sensitive to any suggestion of impropriety, it needs to price this in now. It cannot wait until due processes are carried out. I'm not sure that this necessarily means Glaucus is right. Only time will tell, and as Glaucus has made some very big claims, it will need to be substantially correct for its report to hold. If Glaucus is ultimately proved right, then more reputations than BLA will be at stake - namely, the valuers, ASX, and ASIC etc.
