It's only the short money jumping. We've seen accumulation of 100's of millions over the past few months. and under 10m sold today.
A company that just drilled and hit ripper graphite results, would drill more graphite, not drill virgin close to virgin ground somewhere else. IMO you may actually see more money flow in, in the short to medium term now that cloud has lifted.
