What makes you so sure anyone would want to finance this operation? Qatar, the world's biggest LNG exporter, is across the drink and is reportedly rumoured to be looking to increase production to secure market share in lieu of expected increases in other international LNG exports from US and Europe. I wouldn't be so sure that anyone in the Middle East would be quick and willing to fund GEV projects...
