Advice it is surely not, this is a basin centred gas play (tight gas play). Basically the gas is everywhere within the formation because the right pore spaces keep it there and so the flow rates are initially slower than a traditional reservoir. Real need to fracture the formation and open the pore spaces, in order to start the commercial flows, ideally without fracturing all the way into the coal seam that delayed T-1 for two years.
They should have the know how to do that because that is what they learnt from T-1. This well basically tells us how the formation they intersected with T-1 continues and that the gas is so far continuous across the play. It is notoriously difficult to map formations 2km under the earth and this well and T-3 will tell us where to sink T's 4 through 9 as well as starting the cash flows needed to do so.
All in all a great story.
