GH, a welcomed detail (or should I say reiteration) of what this PE arbitration looks like from FAR's perspective. Maybe I am off target, but I just can't help but think FAR and WPL may have already agreed a way forward should arbitration fall FAR's way. There (appears) little if any current animosity between WPL and FAR - and WPL's ongoing active involvement in progressing SNE development suggests no one expects WPL to be kicked out, or needing to walk away.
Today's announcement of the Stena drillship is awesome...FAR is going with a proven quality 'partner' rather than chasing (I am sure available) many other cheaper offers. Very smart IMO (and adds a capital letter to the word Professional).
The tide is turning with FAR...it will be a fun AGM I suspect
