ACB in control?

Does anybody else have the opinion that ACB's handling of recent trading halts and announcements has been very poor. I thought when they announced the potential expansion plans without mentioning the requirement for capital at the same time was a big oversight. Then about a week later capital raising announced. Then when the expansion plans were shelved the full amount of capital was still being requested. Then prospectus incorrectly issued twice and now the process restarted. You begin to wonder what else is amiss. I hope ACB are way better miners than administrators. Losing confidence fast.
