That would be ideal due to it only taking 19 hours to do however i believe each manafacture facility requires their own licence, much like ac8 have with their perth facility and their tas facility.

Or do you mean to get the new facility licenced, they may just need a licence variation done to that facilities previous existing licence as their is a change to scope and site operations. Hopefully thats case, could be done quite quickly!
