Hi Oilyman,
Back on the 11 Jan you asked me:

"Why do you think we may have some bad news coming?"

The answer is this: Because RIV was making a Head and Shoulder pattern. This doesnt mean that I know the precise nature of the bad news, it simply means that I can read the mood of the market through the chart.

Seeing RIV is down to $7.19 at the moment and it was at $9.40 on 11 Jan, I think I read it correctly and shorted the stuffing out of this turkey.
