No, I highly doubt this. The business structure isn't set up for this. Someone confirm or deny this? Any funds that flowed from Admedus limited to Admedus vaccines was in exchange of equity in the business.
The concerns about a CR are unwarranted and ill informed imo. (Too be confirmed in the coming 4C)
