Well how much is it worth in our hands without the ability to fund it? Zero. As time goes on, patents get closer to their expiry the value of the IP would plummet.

The previous business strategy of making adapt secondary to focus on pumping money into the vaccine business was a mistake. (Easy to say in hindsight) WP has made this clear over the last 18 months this is not where the company is heading and stopped funding AI. After this deal AI has some chance of commercialisation where as before it had close to none. It's a win/win for both parties. AHZ still holds a very decent amount of AI without needing to fund the company.

How much money was poured into it is irrelevant at this point as the market had given AI basically no value in our market capitalisation anyway. The only thing that is worth something is the accumulated losses and I wonder if we are able to use these still to offset future profits. This would be a question for their CFO though.
