Actually i had the third joint as well. You know what they say “ If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen”. This is the stock market. Sometimes you lose and sometimes you gain. It is not the end of the world, it is just money and it is not worth harming your health by getting upset. I am down by 128k but still do not care enough to get upset. Health is your biggest asset, not the money or any stocks.
