Mylan arbitration, page-213

Just trying to remind myself here when this is due to be completed by the arbitrators.
Referring to the announcement:

6 November 2017, Melbourne: Australian drug delivery company, Phosphagenics Limited (ASX: POH; OTCQX: PPGNY), announces that the 10 day arbitration hearing between Phosphagenics and Mylan Laboratories Ltd (Mylan) concluded in Singapore at 5pm Friday 3 November 2017.
The arbitrator will now consider the evidence and the submissions made, and render an award in due course. The timing of the award is a matter for the arbitrator, however awards in similar matters have been rendered within 6 months.

The wording suggests that 6 months is not the maximum time it can take. So what is the maximum time, we aren't necessarily going to get something by May 3. Correct?
