If you read this announcement, Troy Burns is a substantial holder with PZC.

As for who he is, I believe he has been a Director for an ASX listed company before.
Looking online as well, he looks to be involved with a company called Lifestyle Accounting, based in Sydney.

As for who Robert Campbell is. I dont know.

IMO Troy is looking after his/our investments, personally I believe he will bring a wealth of knowledge/experience to the table.

Hopefully (if elected in) these guys look after our investments and sort out what our current directors are doing.
