No. The unit economics scale very well on this given the raw material (waste plastic).
The instos that put all the money into RAN back in late 2016 did so because the economics looked compelling provided RAN could achieve scale. There poured a huge amount of money into to trying to make this happen, but the management were totally out of their depth and failed miserably. The founder (Matt) has step back in, sacked the clowns, and got RAN back on track.
It is going to be a grind (I think it will be the 4th qtr this year before we see a small profit), but at least sales are up and costs down. RAN is still high risk, but at least we have some green shoots.
