I think with COB it is also very important to ensure you check the details of the ownership of the resource and asset. My understanding is they have a JV with Barra resources (i think), however it is COB that are spending the money and doing the exploration on the resource with the option to own a higher percentage as the resource is uncovered and the project progressed.

I am not 100% on all the details and have just come across this in my readings but do know there is some sort of shared agreement in place.
