E-J, you have to admit, you have nothing positive to say about AJM, it’s an Australian Company, hiring Australian contractors, if it was running behind, how can you blame the BOD or AJM staff?
They are not building the plant, they have contractors building it, all projects have time glitches & problems.
I work in construction & have never seen a project of this size, not have some kind of hold up or delay, weather, transport, materials, civils, etc etc, all can cause projects to fall behind.
The project belongs to the contractors building the plant, until hand over or practical completion, this should clarify, that AJM cannot be held responsible for the time frame that it takes to complete, AJMs estimates are based on what the contractors advised completion dates are, be it civil or construction.
Once again, instead of bagging Australian companies, we should be promoting them.
What would you rather see,
Australian companies, building for Australia’s future or foreign owned companies, building these plants and taking the resources and money off shore and paying us a pittance for it, as can be seen with all the gas trains in Australia.
I hope you can see what I’m getting at here.
Nurture Australian business, support them, help them grow, otherwise we will eventually be left with nothing for our future generations. TY
