I'm not going to labour the point because I hope the problem with patents will be resolved in favour of the company.
Nevertheless, Newing is counting his chickens before the eggs have hatched. How can he read the minds of the patenting agencies?
In this case PHK has had 50 eggs for some months and not one has hatched.
The USA is an important country in which to get a new patent granted. Yet PHK is still struggling to overcome a final rejection of their application in the USA. Read the thread starting with https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/phoslock-patent.2469108/#post-14851205
Scroll down to the posts by patentguy. Follow his instructions (particularly in Post #: 17215517)
and you can read the current state of the final rejection, which PHK has appealed against but certainly not yet won.
