problem is skinny man, people who want to sell say 500,000 shares will only put out 100,000 at say 17c when somone buys it they will put out the next 100,000
this way they dont push the price down, so even though you can only see $300K worth there could actually be $3mil of stock wanting to get out at that range
have a look at the cause of sale data at 18c you will see what i mean
