I lost $100k in the dotcom boom which was basically everything I had at the time. At the time I was gutted, now it's a distant memory that I laugh about.
But there is always another opportunity on the horizon and if you're smart you'll make it back again. If it's not a market rebound there will always be future ways to make money.
First thing is conserve the capital you have left and make sensible decisions, forget the "get rich quick" stuff for now IMO.
