This is certainly a possibility ewo. Fortunately, we have now secured the support of more than enough SHs to call a meeting with the board; this is our opportunity to raise concerns, but also their opportunity to justify decisions and timing. The AGO board have an obligation to protect and develop SH investments; crucially this obligation relates to the entire life of an investment, not merely in response to short term decline in SP which can occur for many reasons.
This meeting will be for all SHs to participate in, including those SHs who are of the opinion that 3.02c is fair value and that it is best to wait until the TO rather than cash in now.
