~ there has been little discussion on the AGM Ann: ogx are wanting to be able to raise 10% share dilution in addition to 15% (25% share dilution in one year). I think all should read this and cast your vote. I will be voting against for clause 5 of the additional 10% as I want management to start generating revenues and be more accountable for cash burn

I think investors saw this and thought k another 250 million shares to the registry. An 8 cent share all else equal will be worth 6.4 cents... I think this is why share price didn't shoot up
