For as long as there is regular and accurate update announcements (hence by definition assuming no leak), it is then irrelevant who specifically buys in or sells. That kind of info (who buys or sells) is relied upon as a desperate measure when SHs are in the dark in absence of adequate communication and which feeds speculation one way or the other. If we are frequently snd accurately communicated to by GPP, then only whether the management buys or sells matters.
