Not sure what plant you saw, but the one I saw this afternoon while I was in Newcastle was just as dead, empty of staff, and utterly incomplete as it was more than four years ago when I was there. Construction has not progressed, at all, in years. Equipment essential to the process sits in yards rusting. Anyone can confirm this for themselves by simply DYOR and visit the plant.
