If the US government bales-out the subprime mess, and the the Fed keeps dropping rates (because of falling oil prices), we could see a bottom soon.
But US government really needs to be more on the ball, to not allow a subprime mess nor high consumer debt levels to happen again. The cannot afford to get this wrong.
