As it’s been stated by few others in the past and today, CR is never desirable by company and holders but it’s inevitable. So I’m not that concerned about the CR but I’m not comfortable with the huge discount (unless the negotiation and deal took place over 2 weeks ago and announced today).
I’ve been around for awhile now, still haven’t seen much profit, every time sp appreciates and see some green, we get slapped with an unexpected CR.
Anyways according to the latest investor presentation this is the last CR, next one should be some sort of farm in/out.
