In my simple world ,this is how I see it- the market gets hurt basically as a result of bad lending proceedures [call it sub prime, but it is what it is], so in order to try and short circuit the market from halting money supply, the CB's pump MORE liquidity into the system.How will that help in the long term? This smacks of a class A sucker rally...
