On page 5, 2nd paragraph. I don't understand the following wording:
"As a multi-year, billed monthly SaaS business, this is a cumulative business – ie:
for the next several years, the number of paying customers exiting each month becomes the
base for the next month upon which growth is built. "
Shouldn't this read,
"As a multi-year, billed monthly SaaS business, this is a cumulative business – ie:
for the next several years, the NET number of paying customers AFTER ADDING AND EXITING each month becomes the base for the next month upon which growth is built. "
(I'm probably wrong, as I don't really expect DM to mix his words up - or maybe I'm being pedantic)
Apart from that, the update seemed pretty much as I expected.
