Why dosent ZFX withdraw its offer and then buy of market for around the 60c it would drop to?
Alternatively still look to buy but introduce a deadline @ $1 and then and offer at 70c if the deadline isnt reached.
Surely AGM shareholders understand that the only thing keeping their SP at this level is the offer from ZFX???
