To those who are getting impatient because this deal has taken years and is still preliminary - We're selling $350,000,000 of mine! Not your old beat up twin cab Toyota!! These things take time!

And that 50% buisness that I keep reading in comments is utter crap. In fact they have stated that it will be a non controlling portion so I don't know if it'll be 49% or 2% or somewhere in between. But 50% is simply not true.
No need to make stuff up, it's fine to just say 'We simply don't know, we should find out in May'.
