As a very junior microgrid company with limited resources, CCE has done all that it could do to position themselves for the future.
Starting from nothing, means that it was never going to be possible that they would have a bank account full of money at this point in time.
What they have been able to do, is to develop products and projects that can produce income into the future.
Before now, managed funds, superannuation funds and other private investors have remained on the sidelines. Perhaps in conversations between them and CCE they would have stated something like this:
"Develop something that we can invest in and we will."
The list of clients on CCE's books according to the announcement are all as solid as a rock, something that the institutions would insist on.
"With clients spanning the Australian Department of Defence, electricity utilities and Federal, State and Local Governments nationally,"
Institutions have the wherewithal to offer the stability that CCE must have to become a major player.
