I think the reality is many have held on for the last 6 months in the hope of an impending TO at a reasonable premium. The fact that this hasn’t happened and there is little to suggest it will happen in the near future means many are pulling their money out and heading elsewhere. JV will take too long and has too much risk involved. Really disappointing how this has played out over the last few months.
