The ann suggests that the fundamental plans are intact, just taking a bit longer to crystallize and develop the market.IMO that American penetration is absolutely critical to future success and hiccups are disconcerting. Let's hope this announcement is just as it reads and there's nothing hidden in here....
I change my sentiment to Hold (from Buy) until I see EOY report.
