Another nonsense post. The DRC is a mining friendly region, with plenty of very successful mining companies, both Chinese and multinationals like the giant Glencore.
Also, the good relationship of the Chinese with the DRC government, and there being far less red tape in the DRC than Australia, not to mention the ability of the Chinese to get things done fast means that AVZ has the potential to develop a mine quickly. In fact
in their AGM presentation they have a timeline of a plant to be commissioned and operational in 2019/2020, right in the sweet spot to take advantage of the electric vehicle/energy storage revolution.
It is to be remembered for instance that Huayou(Chinese mining) who have a stake in AVZ got 5 copper/cobalt projects up and running in 12 months!
Another way of cross validating the Congo as a successful region for mining is that the lithium-ion battery industry(EV/Energy storage) would not survive without it! because the vast majority of the cobalt that goes into those batteries comes from the Congo!
