It's an aquisition of some sort, this means spending money & not generating money.

Not to say that this is not a very important announcement or that it will not have a positive impact on the sp but expectations must be checked. imo this is a long term hold & sales is the critical factor for the sp moving forward.

That been said, hopefully it is strategically beneficial to the long term strategy of MCL/QBL as it say's & helps propell this story forward.
