SunTech Environmental Group Limited (“the CODPXJY”) has received a number of enquiries from interested sophisticated investors outside Hong Kong for the placemcnt of the 150,000,000 shares previously approved for issue by the shareholders at the Special General Meeting held on ZgLh March, 2002. As the Company has just finished the year end audit on 25“ June, 2002, this has not given the sophisticated investors sufficient time to complete heir due diligence. As such, the Board of Directors has decided to seek the approval of the shareholders for a new mandate to
allot the 150,000,000 shares at AUD18.8 cents per share at the coming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
