So you think its a good thing that the company is forced to sell the profitable Stella to pay $200mill debt that isnt even related to Stella? And what then happens to the $900mill debt which is related to Stella? The bank will call it back as Stella is no longer their security for the loan. For MFS to get out of the woods they have to sell Stella for $900mill + $200mill. There may be other options, I guess that's why they are in suspension and trying to nut out.
