Top 20 has not changed? If you have more than 3.5 million shares you have to appear on that list. How can "someone" be getting out when top 20 is not changing? If you own less than 3.5 million shares you cannot be holding the SP back when over 22 million shares were traded yesterday most of which was around .26 - .285
The people who might know something and who are trying to get out is also an internally inconsistent idea because if you are not in the top 20 you cannot influence SP that much even if you are trying to get out???
