I am trying to trade it, but hard to when I have bought at 18.2 average, needs to be at least 20 on the buy for me to make it worthwile.

Unfortuanatley I have been in long term stocks which have been caught up in a trading range and taken over by the day traders so I can understand the frustration.

What I suggest is do the same, keep your core holding and see if you can trade a smaller amount, if you get it wrong you have only added to your position which isn't bad if you have a long term view. If the stock jumps sell your " traders"
I know this seems like you are adding to the problem, but if you don't someone else always does.
Might work, might not, I tried it with HDR and made a bit trading, in the end I ended up with heaps of stock cause I couldn't bring myself to selling ( which ended ok, not fantastic )but it did bring my average down.
