The slowness to complete these projects has little to do with sp. Currently sentiment is low, but as these projects move forward, sp will follow. Good time to invest IMO, as we are only priced around asset value and no growth is factored. Any surprise announcement can have a significant impact. As I keep banging on, the titanium deal could bring something from left field, and this can impact sp very heavily IMO. Low risk for high reward. I don't personally know another company on this category. Almost all of them are priced on hype with no backing.
