Yes, it is; but I didn't say that. It would be long-term players who would be doing the capping. As for the "people know something we don't" - it's always possible, of course. However, no one seemed to know about the recent Rincon tendering announcement, so if your conspiracy theory is correct those in the know obviously don't know everything! Conspiracy theories are easy to believe, but they're often unfounded (Elvis is still alive; the moon-landings were a faket etc.)
