    2 x issues with AKM/Mongolia:
    Captive market for China and they pay very discounted price.
    The locals hate foreigners with a passion. Just ask anyone that has worked there.
    These 2 items do not apply to CKA/Indonesia. Just ask anyone that has worked there.
