out of your 3 concerns, point B concerns me the most.
failure to close the deals would be a disaster for CVi, especially as we have all been led to believe the deals are almost "in the bag" so to speak.
of course this is a possibility, and you shouldnt be in CVI if you cant afford to lose a large portion of the capital you have in CVI.
even likely deals can fall through...for a variety of reasons...eg, when you try to buy or sell a house, sometimes the deal fails at the last hurdle.
my other major concern is dilution. imo, CVI had too many placements since its rise from 7cents, and i think that has been a factor in its decline from 39 cents.
the more shares and options out there, the more likelyhood that some of them will be sold for a quick buck.
