dissappointing announcement really

    Friend of mine also a TMR holder pointed out many negative points in todays announcement, I guess the biggest being the fact that TMR has taken on a huge risk factor for really not a great monetary value in IBR's assets only really contributing really only $100million along with the added risk such a complex project like Lichkvaz will attract. Market seems to be thinking the same too???????
    I am puzzled.
