IMO the advice now is the same as it was on day one. Wait until you can see the white of their eyes then make a decision. Current timetables put that at a delivery to the counter at the post office at 5PM on the 7th of May.

No rush here. The two remaining majors have not yet spoken and the private group with friends is a respectable chunk as well.

they only need to update it if its >1% change increase or reduced. that means that they get less than 1% today
